We offer two comprehensive coaching services. Career Coaching, designed to be undertaken at the beginning of your career journey, is run by our expert Careers Coach with over 25 years’ experience. It is an opportunity to ascertain your career direction, confirm your talents and transferable skills and gain valuable information on labour market and job search strategies.

Our Interview Coaching sessions are designed to be undertaken toward the end of your career journey and enable us to impart our knowledge from years of experience on public and private sector interview panels. You’ll learn about behavioural-based interviewing, STAR and SAO methods and acquire strategies to stand out from other applicants and increase your success.

Interview Coaching

    $165.00 incl GST

    • 1 hour telephone or Zoom consultation with our interview coaching expert
    • Specialist skills in government selection panels, we impart our experience from the other side of the table!
    • Explanation of behaviour-based interviewing and the STAR and SAO Methods and how to apply them
    • Practice interview and mock questions with analysis and critique of your responses
    • Informative session with a chance for you to ask questions, with follow up resources provided
